Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is faulty or a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Sydney Wardrobe Supplies is now closed. We are just selling off existing stock until the end of July 2025.
We might come back in business with our own branded stock. This shall be updated in September or October on this page.
All orders purchased from July 2025 shall be sent out once or twice weekly depending on the amount of orders placed weekly.
If there are any issues with your order, you shall receive notification (either email or phone) within 24 hours (business day).
No more pick up orders are available currently. Please call on 0416 21 40 41 if there are special requests for an order and we shall try to accommodate if possible.
We can not guarantee delivery times for Australia Post or Couriers estimate of shipping times.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
